Although we have never filed a claim on our homeowners insurance with Allstate in the 22 years we have lived here, they REFUSED to cover the hail damage on our roof after several hail storms. Chuck Dearborn with TELGE ROOFING filed an appeal and handled the entire case.

After several meetings and inspections with the public adjuster, he won our case. His team showed up yesterday and in 8 hours they were finished and cleaned everything immaculately. Highly recommend this company.

This is my first ever post but feel compelled to share. If you think you have hail damage on your roof, I now have a GREAT ROOFER who will work with you and for you to coordinate information with your insurance company and your adjuster, and even with your property management company and or tenants. I have four homes that incurred hail damage. The first roofer I attempted to work with, which I got off of seeing their sign in the neighborhood, was worthless, never even got on the roof, and even caused some harm by how he interacted with the Adjuster. After I reported my crazy experience with my insurance guy, he hooked me up with the roofer he always refers people to, Telge Roofing. Chuck Dearborn is so great, I am shocked at how helpful he has been.

We had our roof done after a mega roof failure flooding the entire 3 floors! Chuck from TELGE arrived and took the burden of worries and dealt with Amica insurance! He assured us that we did not have to pay anything more than our deductible! Our roof was done in two days and his boss from Telge had upgraded the roof material and Amica insurance has lowered our insurance a lot!
